I have stayed at this hotel four times and always had a great experience. Although most staff do not speak English, the level of service is excellent. There are always English-speaking staff on reception. The breakfast is very good with a wide selection of food, the dinner buffet is also good if you can't be bothered to go out. Some good restaurants in the local area and it's an easy trip by taxi/underground to Nanshan and Futian to get to big malls such as Coco Park. Also only about a 15-minute drive from the airport. The rooms are nicely furnished and of a good size. If you stay more than one night they will leave a flask of fruit tea and a small cuddly toy (?!) on your bedside table every evening.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station, with all amenities close by. I highly recommend this hotel and will be booking again soon.

Hotel is so clean Rooms are so big and have everything you need and more Staff very professional humble and speak english Bed so comfortable Location direct on the metro Food is very good Service is excellent

Varied breakfast with different options of juices, breads, fruits, there are also hot and cold options.This is my third time staying at this hotel. It's always my choice for Shenzhen.
